Vancouver!!! My
sincerest apologies to those of you that have driven
endlessly up and down
this street looking for the 5900 block -- it doesn't
exist! We are one block north of the Loughheed Hwy
in Burnaby. The closest cross street is Holdom Ave.
We are located in the Parkcrest Shopping
Plaza. |

| We Are A True Specialty
Shop |
| It’s not by accident that we focus on only
R/C aircraft and helicopters. This narrow focus
allows us to concentrate on the market and serve
it better
than if we diluted our interests with R/C cars,
trains and the like.

| Service |
Service is a word that is thrown around with reckless
abandon these days. At Norburn we think it should
extend into every facet of the way we conduct business.
- We
know the products we sell
- We stand behind the
products we sell
- We service the products
we sell
- We use the
products we sell

| Warranty & Product Support |
We sell products that are covered by the full
and legal North American manufacturers warranty.
We purchase
our stock only through the legitimate and trademarked
distributors for that product.
Don't take for granted that all hobby
shops do this. Grey market, illegally imported
products are prevalent in the Lower Mainland. If
trademarked
products are not bought through the authorized
distributor it is not only illegal
to sell
that product, it has absolutely no warranty or service
privileges
through the legal distributor. Ask to
see the warranty card when you purchase an item,
especially radios
and engines that are from Japan. |
| We’re Involved |
| Being actively involved in all aspects of the
hobby, attending and supporting local club events
on a regular
basis, we get to know what works and what doesn't.
If you don’t see certain items on our shelves
there is a good reason why. When you
purchase something from us, it works as advertised
-- or we will
fix it -- period.
If a retailer tells you to deal
directly with the manufacturer in the event of
a problem -- take
your business elsewhere. |
